Our History
Tennessee Valley Cooperative was founded in January of 2021 when Lawrence County Exchange, Lauderdale Farmers Cooperative, Limestone Farmers Cooperative, and Giles County Cooperative merged. In March of 2022, Hammond Farm Supply in Lexington, Alabama also joined Tennessee Valley Cooperative. These cooperatives, though individually different came together under one name and goal: to better serve the agricultural needs of the Tennessee Valley area. Though the partnership of these cooperatives is new, the roots stretch back to the 1930s.
Ever-changing through the years to aid farmers in producing the best crops, raising the best livestock, to feeding the family dog, TVC has been there and will continue to be there. The dedication to providing the best service and products available has always been the top priority. Our cooperative has further helped provide customers with the best prices available for farm and rural lifestyle projects.
